Vineyard Size: 42 acres (19 calcareous/clay/sand; 20 acres white, 18.5 acres red)

Vinification & Aging:

  • Fermentation in cement vats (4–5 days)

  • Maceration: 20–30 days with punchdowns, pumpovers, aeration

  • Full malolactic fermentation

  • Aged 12 months (90% cement vats, 10% barriques)

Producer: Vignobles Martial-Dulor (founded 1937) 

Winemaker: Pierre Jean Sanchez

Tasting Notes: Clean and mineral-driven. A spicy and fresh nose with blackcurrant and red fruit. Elegant structure with freshness and finesse, true to Graves terroir.
