Viticulture & Vinification
Hand-harvested from 50+ year-old Grenache Noir and Syrah vines. Traditional vinification with long cuvaison using wild yeasts, regular remontage. Matured up to 22 months in French oak (228L barrels and 600L demi-muids).
Vintage Details
Grapes benefit from morning sun and even ripening temperatures on the steep ‘slopes of schiste’ in Séguret. East-facing exposure and altitude enhance finesse and freshness.
Tasting Note
Opulent nose with exotic spices, cigar box, black pepper, and vanilla. Smooth entry, rich depth and texture, long and satisfying finish. Big, Grenache-driven with fine oak integration.
