Viticulture & Vinification

Organically farmed Caillotes (limestone) soils from terroirs in Amigny, Chavignol, Sancerre, and Verdigny. Guyot pruning, no insecticides or weedkillers. Gentle pneumatic pressing, fermentation in concrete and stainless steel, aging on fine lees.

Vintage Details

Favorable flowering in May/June, mildew pressure in early summer, dry July/August, rain in September ensured ripeness. Sauvignon Blanc achieved good ripeness (13–14% alcohol), producing concentrated, balanced wines.

Tasting Note

Vibrant citrus (lime, grapefruit), green apple, white peach, subtle floral notes, flinty minerality, crisp acidity, clean refreshing finish.
