Harvest: Hand harvested
Vinification & Aging:
· Fermented in concrete without epoxy, using native yeasts
· 50% of grapes fermented with whole clusters
· No oak used; aged in concrete vats
Tasting Notes:
Deep purple color with notes of fresh red and black fruits, floral aromas, and mineral undertones. Great structure and a long, vibrant finish.
Food Pairing: Grilled meats, roasted vegetables, empanadas, and aged cheeses.
Cellaring Potential: 5–7 years
